Yes, this is a blog about an NHL Playoff Pool, but the staff here at SCN can't resist when two of their favourite sports intersect the way they did on Tuesday night in Chicago.
Unless you've been living under a giant puck for the last couple of years, you've probably heard of Danica Patrick - the trailblazing NASCAR driver and Go Daddy spokesperson. Well, Danica was in attendance last night to see the Blackhawks beat the Wild in overtime. During the second intermission, the Hawks invited her to play "Shoot the Puck" (yes, that's the most creative name they could come up with), and Danica nailed it in just one shot.
Is there a sport this woman isn't good at?
Is there any wonder why she is the girl of our dreams here at SCN?
